These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Porsea4D ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at porsea4d.cam.

By accessing the Porsea4D website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Porsea4D platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain a Porsea4D account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement and is non-negotiable under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, including but not limited to jurisdictions that have formally blocked or criminalised participation in online gambling activities.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register operated by Porsea4D or any associated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of Porsea4D or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an account closed by Porsea4D for breach of these Terms.

Players must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. The creation of an account using false, misleading, or borrowed identity information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

One Account Policy: Each Player may register only one account. Porsea4D employs automated and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation typically required includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License;
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill (TNB, Syabas, TM) or bank statement dated within the previous three months;
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document;
• For crypto deposits exceeding specified thresholds, proof of the sending wallet address may also be requested.

Porsea4D reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance and fraud prevention purposes. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request may result in the request being placed on hold until verification is complete.

KYC documents are processed with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents should only be submitted through the secure in-platform verification portal — never via unsecured messaging channels.

Porsea4D accepts deposits via the following methods available to Malaysian players:

• Malaysian e-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay
• Bank Transfer / FPX / DuitNow: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and other participating FPX member banks
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT TRC20

All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.

Currency: Deposits made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) are credited directly to the Player's account balance. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the exchange rate applicable at the time of confirmed network receipt.

Processing Times: E-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer and FPX deposits are typically credited within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum number of blockchain network confirmations before crediting, which typically takes 15–40 minutes depending on the asset and network congestion.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring deposit funds originate from payment methods registered in their own name. Porsea4D reserves the right to investigate and hold any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source. Use of third-party payment methods may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to availability and method-specific limits.

Processing Times: Porsea4D aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): typically within 1–4 hours of approval
• Bank transfer (FPX / DuitNow): typically within 1 business day of approval
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals (BTC, USDT TRC20): typically within 30 minutes to 2 hours of approval, subject to network conditions

Porsea4D reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, during unusual account activity periods, or where compliance obligations require it. Such checks may temporarily extend processing times beyond the indicative windows above.

Withdrawal Restrictions: Funds are not available for withdrawal where: (a) the applicable wagering requirement on bonus funds has not been met; (b) the Player's KYC verification is incomplete; (c) the account is under a security review or compliance investigation; or (d) the withdrawal amount falls below the stated minimum threshold for the selected method.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on Porsea4D are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of offer. The following general principles apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering / Rollover Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to a wagering requirement. The multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) and eligible games are stated per promotion. Until the requirement is met, bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: A maximum single-bet cap applies when playing with active bonus funds. This cap is typically stated between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per bet/spin. Exceeding this cap may result in bonus disqualification and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino, and other categories may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contributions are detailed per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or fully rolled over within the stated validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from credit) will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated as sticky (non-cashable), the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn — only net winnings above the bonus amount remain withdrawable after rollover completion. Non-sticky bonuses may be withdrawn together with qualifying winnings.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotions impose a cap on total withdrawable winnings derived from bonus play. Where applicable, this cap will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.

Porsea4D reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and/or suspend accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures is identified. The decision of Porsea4D's compliance team in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Porsea4D platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or harvest data;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or sports betting outcomes;
• Using Porsea4D to launder, conceal, or disguise the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity;
• Deliberately exploiting errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds — any winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous event will be voided;
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent KYC documentation;
• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Transferring account balances or credits to or from other Players;
• Using payment methods registered in a name other than the account holder's.

All casino games on the Porsea4D platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published on individual game pages and represent theoretical long-run averages, not guaranteed outcomes per session.

Sports betting markets, live football odds, and 4D lottery results are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, as displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general betting principles apply:

• Bets are binding once confirmed. Placed bets cannot be cancelled by the Player once accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or bet settlement, the outcome will be determined by Porsea4D's trading team based on available official data. The decision is final.
• Porsea4D reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet where market integrity concerns arise, including but not limited to abnormal betting patterns, suspected match-fixing, or pricing errors.
• Winnings and bet results will be credited or debited to the Player's account balance upon final settlement. Settlement times vary by product and event.
• For Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, and other football markets, the officiating match result as declared by the relevant governing body at full time (including applicable added time) will be used for settlement unless otherwise specified in the market's rules.

Porsea4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Controls: Players may configure session duration reminders and mandatory session breaks to manage their time on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the chosen period and cannot be lifted early.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications can be configured to remind Players of elapsed session time.

Porsea4D reserves the right to impose account restrictions or initiate self-exclusion on a Player's account without prior notice where it identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour.

Porsea4D processes Player personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and platform use includes, but is not limited to: full name, date of birth, residential address, identity document details, payment method information, and transaction history. This data is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where consent is given — marketing communications.

Porsea4D does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where legally required or where necessary to operate the Platform (e.g., payment processors, KYC service providers, game providers). All data transfers are subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.

All content on the Porsea4D platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game assets, and trade marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of Porsea4D or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, scraping, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of Porsea4D's intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Porsea4D shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of winnings, profits, or opportunity resulting from Platform downtime, technical failure, or network disruption;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to secure their credentials;
• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information provided on the Platform;
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or blockchain network congestion.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by Porsea4D's gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Porsea4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to Players. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

Closure by the Player: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting Porsea4D customer support. Pending withdrawal requests will continue to be processed following closure, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any compliance holds.

Suspension or Closure by Porsea4D: Porsea4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Receipt of a regulatory directive requiring account closure;
• Where Porsea4D determines that continued service to a Player presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity or safety of the Platform.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, Porsea4D reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining balance and to recover losses caused by the breach from the Player.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Porsea4D holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and Porsea4D, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through Porsea4D's internal complaints process by contacting customer support. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, the dispute may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out by the licensing authority.

Malaysian Players acknowledge that local courts may or may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from online gambling activities, and that the applicable governing law of this Agreement takes precedence where permitted.
